The Launch & First Drop
I've had plenty of turns at the bat as far as creative outlets go, this one is make or break...

There's always photography involved in any passion project I've been involved in, because most of my passion projects have existed as an reason to photograph. Fashion photography (Meow Magazine, Splendor Magazine, JPG, etc), Travel websites (Maptase) , a full on Magazine (@Lightyears_mag), my own personal instagram (@rodgm), all serve as self imposed constraints to focus on what i really enjoy which is taking pictures. none of these projects have been able to become my main mode of sustenance, however, all have become overwhelming in the amount of time doing things other than taking photos, and > I allowed AI to creep into my process... not this time.
This time I've set myself up for success, at least in the distribution of activities, much less management, much more creating, at least as much as a full time job, and two kids allow, and most importanlty, have the creation process (photos & writing) remain 100% human.
Here's what has happened so far.
- I prioritized photography, and some writing as my main constraints for day to day ops.
- I rejected AI in the creative process.
- I've taken my vibecoding skills to make the website i always wanted but never had the skill to create.
- And i set up rrrood.com as my online gallery which i hope all of you enjoy, but it's mainly for me.
rrrood.com is a minimum vehicle for me to share my photos along with some of my thoughts about them, and a public journal to share the process as i go through it.
Website is up, waiting for my Dutch Tax code to arrive in the mail so i can turn on checkout (back in Mexico you can just sell shit from day one, not in the Netherlands...) and building out the studio IG (@rrrood.studio).
Welcome, and thanks for following along.
